The Clostridium difficile (C. diff) Prevention Promise Package went live in November 2017. In FY17, we reduced hospital-onset C. diff infections by 40% system-wide! The standard work defined in the Promise Package will help us achieve sustained improvement and move Piedmont closer to Zero Harm.
