Piedmont Promise Packages

The Piedmont Promise packages are initiatives launched by the hospital to help reach the goal “to build on our reputation of excellence and enhance our services to deliver a whole new level of compassionate care”. Promise Packages are a toolkit that defines standard workflow utilizing evidence-based guidelines. Each Promise Package is developed through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of stakeholders. The core strategic vision of quality, safety, and service and the goal of ZERO HARM are the guiding principles for each promise package. All packages have outcome and process goals that are measured and analyzed through the use of performance tracking resources and dashboards.
