Welcome to Pulmcast — the home of Georgia’s leading ICU APP Fellowship.
We’re a team of passionate pulmonary and critical care providers practicing at Piedmont, the largest healthcare system in Georgia. Every day, we bring clinical excellence, teamwork, and deep compassion to the ICU, managing complex resuscitations and high-acuity cases with precision and care.
What makes Pulmcast different?
In addition to our bedside practice, we run Atlanta’s largest and most immersive ICU APP fellowship — a hands-on, high-acuity training program designed to prepare Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for leadership roles in critical care. Our fellowship blends real-time ICU experience with structured didactics, bedside teaching, and high-fidelity simulation, all led by practicing experts in pulmonary and critical care medicine.
We also host the Pulmcast podcast, where we share case-based learning, resuscitation strategies, and high-yield pearls with APPs and clinicians across the country. Since 2016, our mission has been to make complex medicine engaging, useful, and accessible — both at the bedside and in your earbuds.
Education, mentorship, and critical care excellence are central to who we are. Whether we’re running a code, placing a central line, mentoring ICU fellows, or supporting families through life-altering moments, we show up with heart, skill, and purpose — because we believe in doing work that matters.
Whether you're an APP searching for the top critical care fellowship in Georgia, a clinician looking to sharpen your resus game, or a podcast listener seeking community — welcome to Pulmcast. You’ve found your people.
